Transcription: Your partner should place one hand over the front side of each of your elbows and slowly, gently pull your elbows back. The partner's knee or leg continues to support your upper body during the stretch. When the partner has pulled your elbows back two to four inches or when you feel slight tension in your front shoulders, your partner should hold this position for 10 to 30 seconds and release your elbows slowly. Be sure to tell your partner if the stretch becomes painful. The stretch should be smooth and comfortable never jarring or painful.
